We are still accepting proposals for Poster Presentations. Breakout Sessions are fully booked.

We welcome submissions for breakout sessions and posters. We encourage presentations for OER projects that are at all points of development from the first stages to completion. We hope that these presentations can encourage sharing and interaction among the many different groups that are developing, implementing, and repurposing OER materials for higher education. Here are the available formats you can propose:

Breakout Sessions

Breakout sessions can be short oral/visual presentations, workshops, interactive experiences, or panel discussions. Plan for at least 15 minutes of audience engagement either in the form of a Q&A session or as an organic part of the event. Propose for either a 25-minute or 50-minute session. 25-minute sessions will be matched with other 25-minute sessions.

Poster Presentations

Posters will be presented in E-242 prior to closing remarks. Easels will be made available at breakfast and the session will last 50 minutes.
